During our text, we both use a variety of different language features to help get our points across. Throughout the text, we used informal language at the start but then used formal language near the end. In our transcript, one speaker says “15, Imma b there usual.” Then later on, this was said “Fair enough, I’ll meet you at 8:25 then.” With both of these sentences being said in the same conversation basically straight after each other, it shows how quickly the conversation can adapt from one type of speech to another.
