Another change that the other animals witnessed while Napoleon was leader, was that he broke another commandment, but the animals had no idea because they had already changed the commandment on the board to suit themselves. It was that they were killing the other animals if they had confessed to working with Snowball who had earlier been ran off of the farm by the puppies. This goes directly against one of the major commandments that they had made, “No animal shall kill any other animal.” This shakes all of the other animals because they never would have thought that Napoleon would be this harsh to them, but as usual, they see the very little good in him and forgive him quickly.

This is a good paragraph about how the other animals react to the event you describe, but remember the question is about how this event changed Napoleon, not the other animals. Also pay closer attention to your sentence length.
