In the scene, When Anton and Irene come over to Jerome and Vincent’s house to take some of Vincent’s blood, Jerome is there to greet them. At this point both Anton and Irene think this is someone other than the Jerome they know. But when Anton takes some of Jerome’s blood, the machine tests the blood and it comes up with Jerome Morrow. Both Irene and Anton are surprised and expected it not to be him because they have known Vincent to be Jerome. In this shot above, it shows Irene’s reaction to the scenario and show her appearance to be falling apart because she can’t make sense of what is going on. This is shown by her hair falling out of its shape and her eyes looking confused and dazed.
